Really good food
Waited 30 minutes to get a sandwich. The wait was way too get a stupid sandwich that wasn't even that good.
A great idea for fast food!
Asked for extra mayo . Specifically said drown it in mayo . He wrote extra mayo on the bag . Got it without a SINGLE DROP of mayo . Never going back .
Very rude and disrespectful crew. Buy first or forget it and don't meet restroom needs for customers, like myself, I'm no bum, nor was I rude. Protest this business!
Not very good. Online oreders get lost all the time.
I came in and they treated me w respect and had a sense of humor ...they were willing to help and the food was amazing
The Asian host goes out of way to greet you, as long as you are not Asian. He must be really proud of his identity ...
The food is okay. Service is slow. One time I ordered my sub in the lettuce wrap. Sauce everywhere. It was a real struggle trying to eat it. Maybe if people were trained a little better, I would come more frequently. For the price and service, just get chipotle instead.
I was one of two customer in the shop and didn't realize I had to pick up the sandwich when it was done. After sitting there for 10 minutes I looked up and saw my "hot" sandwich sitting on the counter. Apparently not one of the five employees working thought that they should let me know it was sitting there getting cold. Tasted awful and the service was terrible.
Had never been to a sandwich place quite like this one. Normally, you grab a brown bag that list the menu items and check off what kind of sandwich you would like. The staff filled out the bag for us as were in a hurry to get to our destination. Quick and efficient!
OMG! My order took forever to be ready. It was not matching what I've ordered. Fountain drink was all water and after many customers told them they are out of napkins they never put one until I insist! Don't waste your time here.
Delicious food, nice service.
The bad reviews are people complaining about things the employees can't help (like wait times - it's the middle of Denver, yo). The sandwiches were solid and customer service is what it needs to be (I want a sandwich, not a life story).
Excellent customer service and good food
Went in for dinner last night with no problems. Went in tonight and asked to use the restroom. Rude woman at the counter said no one gets in unless they buy something, I told her I just ate dinner there not 24 hours ago. Rude woman says "buy something or get out yesterday doesn't count. Way to treat your customers like crap. You lost my business forever.
This location re-opened their doors in October and have been doing a great job under new management. I eat here all the time
great place for sandwiches. sometimes they mess up, and its lil bit over priced but over all its good
Good and delicious
Really good sandwiches, quality ingredients and the staff are great.
Horrible. Visited during Colorado Crossroads and they didn't even try. They posted in their store welcoming the Crossroads and it is an annual event. They also posted that they would not take pre-orders larger than 15 sandwiches. We went in (group of 8) and the line was short. While filling out our order, an employee told us that they just got a large order ahead of us and our sandwiches would take at least 30 minutes...For a sandwich? What happened to taking care of the customer inside the store? We walked out and happily took our business elsewhere. That is horrible customer service and a poor way to conduct business. Very poor planning on their part. I would HIGHLY recommend going to one of the many other food places that are all a very short distance away.
Don't bother if you have to be somewhere for lunch 2 employees making sandwiches for 30 people. Took 30minutes to get my order. Really?
Stopped by at 8:00 PM on April 5th and sign on door said "closed due to employee shortage" although there were 2 employees sitting at a table. Stopped by next night at 7:45 PM and sign on door said "forty five minute wait" although there were no customers in the store. Really?!?!
Not bad, but not as good as the one I go to back home. They did not have blue cheese or honey mustard as menu options or some of the other staples of my home town store. But the ingredients they did have were nice and fresh and I got my order fast.
Nice staff, but this sandwich was so small. It was a 10 inch, but I picked it up, and it was so light — only a couple ounces. And it was $11 on top of that. Was still hungry by the end that I had a friend pick me up another sandwich from the grocery store. Better to go to Cheba Hut up the street.
Terrible service, and miserable staff.. we felt like we were inconveniencing them by being there at 630 with our group of 8, and we were the only ones in the restaurant. What's worse, they locked the door 10 minutes before close, and would not let our colleague join us. The server behind the counter gave me the most scornful look when I approached the door to greet our friend, and ordered me not to open the door. When we let our friend in, she gave me a nasty look, and scolded me like I was a grade 7 student in her classroom, and I had just thrown a paper ball at the chalkboard. The staff here need some serious retraining, and some serious attitude adjustment.Perhaps Chic-fil-A can give these employees a proper training on basic hospitality.
When this place gets busy expect to wait a while for your food. Other than that, good food, decent prices, decent staff.
Decent food, ok atmosphere
Waited 20 minutes for a fast food sandwich in an empty restaurant.
Which Wich is usually an alright chain, but this one is terrible. How you can manage to mess up assembly line subs is beyond me. Poor food at best, go anywhere else downtown.
Closed an hour and half before they officially closed. Just walked by and the guys in the store rudely waved us away. Store hours on the door said they closed at 5 PM. Poor customer service.
Way too slow at lunch. Good sandwiches but cronicly understaffed at lunch 30 min to get a meal?
Great sandwiches! Come in and make a sandwich that's more unique than a snowflake. Way more choices than subway
Walked in, waited at the register for a few minutes while 5 employees stood around behind the counter. Ordered. Employees stood around for 5-10 minutes more. Finally someone decided to make my sandwich, and it was done in 30 seconds. Sandwich is below average, especially for $8.91. One star.
Closed 10 minutes early. Really didn’t want us to be there. Would have given them a zero but the sandwich was good.
Which Wich is great ... some of the best sammies around ... but just avoid this location. It took nearly 20 minutes to get a sandwich at 11:30 before the real lunch crowd even arrived. Ambivalent attitude and generally vacant look in the eyes of the cashiers. And finally, unlike other locations, the music is jarringly loud -- too loud to read comfortably or hold a reasonable conversation with someone. By the time I finished and tried to use the washroom, only to find it locked, I called it a day and left.
There sandwiches are the best and their staff are very helpful and polite.
Went in a 8:45 the sign says they close at 9... are you closed? I mean uhhh we close in 15 minutes and honestly we have already shut everything down. Cool. Fail on customer service.
Rude staff, cashier didn't say one word to my family while ordering. He was rubbing his face and sighing heavily as if he wanted to be on any other planet than this one. The employees are rude and unprofessional, their clothing was dirty and they need a 101 in personal hygiene as well as food service hygiene. After standing and waiting for two basic sandwiches for almost 30 minutes I had to cancel the order because I couldn't stomach the food after watching the lack of hygiene used to prepare them(rubbing their faces and then making sand witches, adjusting saggy pants and then touching bread, wiping their hands on dirty clothing, using the broom with the same gloves used to make sandwiches etc.) Long story short I'd rather lick a dirty sidewalk than eat ANYTHING from this restaurant. Go to the pizzeria next door instead.
Very rude staff possibly racist...... speaking as a business owner myself if I was the owner in a such a prime location I would make sure it was managed much better
Horrible experience. Bathrooms were closed early because "we don't want to clean them again". Told there isn't a Large cup. They are only for refills. No ice. Lame lame lame. Poor representation for people visiting Denver. Every response from the people working was rude.
Friendly cashier. Great sandwiches. They now have a new loyalty program so cash in your punch cards soon.
Food was decent but pricier than I'd like considering the wait was over ten minutes after ordering
Good food, but super slow service... even worse if there's something going on at the Convention Center. They need employees bad, it will take 20-30 minutes to get your order here if not longer.
Awesome friendly staff that makes a delicious sandwich and keeps everything clean. Favorite location we have been to!
Currently closed for remodel, would have liked to know that before walking there
Slow down
All exterior doors were locked with customers inside eating at noon. No one would let me in after knocking on window. Unbelievable!
Delicious food, but a little pricey.
